Faqs

Is there any limit for E-commerce MPU Card Payment and WavePay Wallet?

The limit for MPU Card payments is up to a maximum of 5,000,000 per transaction.

Daily transaction limits of WavePay Wallets; CashIn/Out limits are as specified by WaveMoney.

To become an Ecommerce Merchant, the Merchant needs to have a website (or) application. The Sales Team will explain the necessary process steps.

The Merchant needs to have a Software developer team to perform the necessary integrations for the system.

Merchant contract is required to get Ecommerce service.

The MDR% to be paid by the Merchant will be explained by the Sale Person (it will also be mentioned in the contract).

The required information must be filled in the Merchant Onboarding Form.

You need to open a Yoma Flexi Everyday Account. Personal (or) Corporate will appear and the necessary documents will be requested.

Information Merchant Onboarding and Ecommerce Service will be ready, Merchant will be given training.

The team will provide service until the Merchant is ready to use the Ecommerce service.

Merchant needs to pay monthly fee to MPU to view transactions.

After Ecommerce sales are made, they will be credited to the Merchant’s Yoma Flexi Everyday account (after deducting MDR %) on the next Business day (T+1).

Merchant can check Settlement Amount using Yoma Mobile Banking.

As merchants, the amount in the Flexi Everyday account can be withdrawn at the nearest bank branch without limit.(Note: Settlement is only done on business working days and no settlement is done on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)

Merchant Support Team will provide support if additional Ecommerce Training are required for Merchant.

Merchant can check transactions on MPU Merchant Portal.

Merchant Support Team is available during office hours to assist Merchants with any difficulties.
